COSTS & DESTINATIONS

For all one-time purchases within the United States, we offer free shipping.

SHIPPING TIME

All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Carriers include UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please note that delivery times provided are estimates.

For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the shipping date specified on the product page.

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order has not been shipped, cancellation is free of charge.

Change of Address: No fee for updating your address before shipment.

Replacements and Exchanges: No fee if arranged before shipment.

If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, it may be difficult to resolve with the carrier, but we will still work with you to find a solution.
